Woof. Week one in the books! As you can see below, I ate horrible 50% of the time. Not super proud about that. It seems like LV is the correlation between buying and/or eating bad food. God bless him. I have zero self-control around processed foods - even “healthy” processed foods. Am I alone in this battle?

I initially had this post completed last week, but when I went to save it, the page refreshed and didn’t end up saving. Ugh! Technology... I mourned the loss with a bath, book, and bottle of wine. My favorite three B’s.
I digress... This year I decided to forgo the traditional New Year’s Resolutions and instead do 101 things in 1001 days. I got this idea from Day Zero Project and Mackenzie. I’m excited because they range from very mundane, everyday things (waking up at 5:30am for two weeks) to extravagant things I may never get to (traveling to a new continent!)
