Hey, what’s up, hello! Sorry I’ve been a bit MIA - I felt overwhelmed, then sick, then LV got sick and it was a lot. I’ve still been keeping up with my workout routine, though (aside from the few days I was sick). I’ve been loving the elliptical, eating less than before, and making overall better choices at meals. I still struggle with eating carbs and sugar but I’m continually working on it.
