Woof. Week one in the books! As you can see below, I ate horrible 50% of the time. Not super proud about that. It seems like LV is the correlation between buying and/or eating bad food. God bless him. I have zero self-control around processed foods - even “healthy” processed foods. Am I alone in this battle?
In order to limit myself, I’m going to start phasing them out. First up? Candy/chocolate/baked goods. Once I started making note of what I ate, I realized that I eat a lot of unhealthy foods at work. I’m going to try to stock my desk with healthy snacks as opposed to eating scones or chocolate a co-worker puts out.
I also didn’t get around to working out Friday or Saturday BUT I did do workouts every other day - yahoo! I blame the snow for my lazy behavior.
I completed 2/3 of the challenges last week. Three workouts? Check. Clean out fridge/pantry and toss any foods that didn’t make me feel 100%? Check. Take a “before” photo? FAIL. Tbh, I just forgot. I’m definitely doing this today as I’ve read sooo many people’s weight loss testimonials who said this is extremely motivating! I’ll admit, it does feel a bit weird, but I’m all for doing anything and everything that motivates me.

Outdoor Voices just added Springs leggings to their rec kits. The Springs leggings are great as they fit looser than most of the other leggings so they’re nice to wear to many different places - whether it be spin class or the grocery store. I’m lusting over these.

Cut one vice out of your life. I’m going to cut out processed candy/chocolate/baked goods, but if you didn’t want to limit yourself with food you could cut out anything from TV before bed to texting your ex. 😉
